Signatura lets businesses send PDFs, DOCX, and image documents for electronic signature with multi-signer workflows (sequential or parallel), SHA-256-sealed integrity, and comprehensive audit trails. Auto-Sign uses Anthropic Claude to automatically detect signature fields, available unlimited on the Business plan and at $0.20 per use on Individual.

- **Is Signatura legally binding?** Yes — ESIGN Act (US) compliant, qualifies as Simple Electronic Signature (SES) under eIDAS Regulation Article 25(1) in all 27 EU member states.
- **What signature levels does Signatura support?** SES only. Advanced Electronic Signatures (AdES) and Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) are not currently offered.
- **What's the security stack?** TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, SHA-256 sealing on completed documents, RLS-enforced authorization on every database table, OAuth tokens encrypted server-side.
- **What's Auto-Sign?** AI-powered field detection using Anthropic Claude. Opt-in per session. Document content is processed in real-time and not stored by Anthropic; not used for model training. Cached on Signatura infrastructure for 1 hour, then deleted.
- **Where is data hosted?** Supabase on AWS, US/EU regions. Sub-processor DPAs include EU Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.
- **What's the file size limit?** 25 MB. Supports PDF, DOCX, PNG, JPG/JPEG.
