Yes. You can change your seat count or cancel anytime from your account. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the current paid term — we don't refund unused time, except where required by law (such as the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal).

Yes. Every seat includes 25 Auto-Sign runs each month, with no per-document charge. On a team, those runs pool across everyone — a team of 4 gets 100 shared runs a month.

Owners manage the team from one screen: a per-member permission matrix (including rights to edit team documents and team templates), a per-member cutoff for access to the shared workspace, and the team’s notification policy. Offboarding is one step — “Remove & transfer” reassigns that member’s documents, templates, and contacts, locks them out immediately, and keeps their history attributed for the audit record.
